Description:
- Sunshine Bay Yacht Club (SBYC) is a gem in Alberta’s recreation world and Alberta’s Sailing Community of Choice since 1981. The club is nestled in a private, secure and secluded peninsula on South Seba Beach – one the best natural harbours on Lake Wabamun, Alberta. Our volunteer-run club is friendly, positive, and supportive in catering to both experienced sailors and newcomers to this sport. Families are welcomed! Organized races are held on weekends in the spring and fall and Wednesday evenings in the summer – allowing skippers to hone their sailing skills. Fun and informal weekend regattas are also held throughout the summer. The perfect refuge for cruising sail in a natural and rustic environment!
